My name is Derek and I am writing about muscles. Did you even know that we have 600 muscles in our bodies? I am probably using a lot right now because I am typing this article. Maybe if you read this you might get an estimate about how much I am using. Did you know there are almost articles everywhere, even your tongue? Without muscles you are probably disabled to run, jump, and play! The muscles are really important to our body. By the way, welcome to the web site!!! These facts that I am telling you right now are from factmonster.com and kidshealth.org.

One fact that I have learned from articles from these websites is that muscles are small, rubbery, elastic tissue. I guess muscles make you look and do things strong physically, but they are actually like rubber bands! Another cool fact is that there at least ten thousand fibers in one muscle!!!

One of my favorite fact for muscles is that there are muscles not just for physical education, but for throwing up or eating. This is your digestive system. These muscles help you eat, breathe, throw up, and digest! Even small muscles are important to your body!

Did you know my teacher, Mr. Davis has had all his muscles grown? If he works out or exercise he can still gain muscles, but it will just happen slower and harder. If you eat bad food or junk food, you will become fat and gain weight. If someone does that, they can even have diabetes. To prevent that, eat fruits and veggies!

Also, you should be sure to have a balanced diet! This is my article for the muscles, but I will still be writing more about the human body. Write a note to yourself to exercise and not eat too many sweets. Please come back to http://www.Mrdfourth90.com/. Dang, my muscles are aching for doing this report!!! Also, special thanks to global2.com
